This year the Illini Dairy Club sold cheese as a fundraiser. There were gift boxes and individual items available for sale. Students, faculty, and staff sold over $1500 worth of cheese. Customers could place an order to be delivered to campus or have it shipped to anywhere in the United States as a holiday gift for friends and family.
