Spring Banquet: We all get dressed up for the annual Illini Dairy Club Banquet. We invite our parents, faculty members, and other dairy enthusiasts to join us to recognize members that have given something special to the club this year. It is a way to say goodbye before the summer and celebrate our accomplishments for the past year.

The 2009 annual banquet was held on Saturday, April 19 at ACES Library on the campus of the University of Illinois.
