Illinois State Fair: Each year the dairy club sponsors the Milk-A-Cow Booth at the Illinois State Fair. Typically about 6-7000 people try their hand at milking a cow. We also take about 10 cows and heifers to exhibit during our 10-day stay at the fair in Springfield, IL.
