Officers and the Executive Board

Ratified by a 3/4 approval on April 27, 2007

Section 1:            Officers:

a)      Club officers shall be President, Vice President of External Affairs (First Vice President), Vice President of Internal Affairs (Second Vice President), Special Events Coordinator, Treasurer, Secretary, and two ACES Council Representatives.

Section 2:            Executive Board:

a)      The offices of President, Vice President of External Affairs, Vice President of Internal Affairs, Special Events Coordinator, Treasurer, and Secretary shall make up the Executive Board.

Section 3:            Qualifications for Office:

a)      Must be an Active Member to hold any office.

b)      Offices of the President, Treasurer, and both ACES Council Representatives MUST be students at the University of Illinois.

c)      The office of Special Events Coordinator MUST be a current University of Illinois student, current Parkland College student, or reside in Champaign County.

d)      The offices of Vice President of External Affairs, Vice President of Internal Affairs, and Secretary may be filled by any Active Member.

e)      ACES Council Representatives MUST be in the college of ACES.
