Fall Callout/First Business Meeting of the Year

8:30 - officer introductions

• President (Cody):
• summary of the rodeo events, summary of the club.  At gordyville this year, the club will be allowed to have a booth and sell stuff in exchange for doing parking.
• VP-Internal (Tyler):
• club trips, email him if you want to go:
• PBR Columbus,OH- Oct 12-13^th
• Gordyville - NFPB Bulls Oct 19th and 20^th
• Extreme Bulls Finals - Indianapolis Indiana Oct 26^th
• PRCA Great Lakes Circuit Finals - Nov 8th-11th Louisville, KY
• Corn Maze - Date TBA         
• VP-External (Kinsey):
• email her if you want to go and participate in Camp Healing Heart.  This is a camp for kids ages 7-17 who have recently lost a loved one.
• Special Events Coordinator (Andy):
• rodeo explanation. We are getting a new stock contractor this year.  Rodeo school - our club is welcome. Contact him if you are interested.
• Treasurer (Amanda):
• dues, pay 20 dollars by October 11^th (next business meeting)
• Webmaster (Spencer):
• All the events in the state are on the calendar.  Email him if you are not on the listserv, or with any pictures you would like on the website.
• The club is going to establish a historical committee. This is a great way for new members to get involved in the club.  The historical committee would be responsible for maintaining the board in ASL.
